well so far the head count is:

so im taking that as 4 for food, 2 maybe and one for lights only....pending confirmation of whether wmrcomputers fancies grub too.

any more takers? im hoping to book a table by the end of next week- i dont reckon they will be rammed somehow, but i dont want to leave it too late in case half of stafford decides theyre not cooking in the days before christmas!

I would have loved to come for grub with everyone, but so close to Christmas and with so many Children, with various Grandparents / Aunts / Uncles etc. to visit, it is HIGHLY likely that my plans will be made for me!! :(

Very kind to be invited though, and of course I intend (regardless of the above) to make sure I'm present at my lightshow that particular evening to see everyone. Gramaisc... you're gonna need a bigger flask of Mulled Wine this time! ;)

I do have a gallon vacuum flask but I will be overseas at this time...

Pie and Ale House (the old surgery/palmer's) which I believe is on Crabbery Street.

Not too sure about the time though - Cookie have you booked le table yet?

was going to do it on friday 11th to give people as much chance as poss to decide if they were coming but without being at risk of missing out on a table if they do suddenly get busy.

which, if the feedback so far is anything to go by may be a possibility.

right, i didnt book this on friday on my day off because my pc has fallen over and wont work online.

just a quick bit to check- if we are to see the lights first, do you want to go to the 6pm or 8pm viewing?

ill book the table in line with the general concensus of the preferred lights viewing time- let me know asap!

I'm working on the 23rd, and as I work nr Abbots Bromley I don't get home til about 6. Can we go for 8pm please?

I seem to have a lot of house moving stuffs going on that day (sky installed, virgin installed, carpet cleaning at old gaff), but should be able to make it :)
