Unfortunately, I have other plans tomorrow.

We should dispatch (despatch?) Admin on a mission to find viable lurkers and email them directly with a summons!

Sorry to do this on short notice, but unfortunatly our babysitter is unwell and unless someone can suggest a replacement, Markerat will have to stay home with the kids. Any ideas people, anyone have a responsible, reliable babysitter who wont steal my stuff and have their boyfriend in the shower(whup)? Otherwise you will only get 50% rat this evening

Still looking forward to seeing you all at the lights folks, although I can't promise coming outside I'll do my best... I basically have a collapsed lung (should really be in hospital), so If I speak to any of you and get a little short of breath don't panic
I'm also on bucket loads of meds which make me shake like a sh***ing dog. Basically if I come outside but look a mess you know why!!

Cheers guys, but really not as bad as it sounds... This is my third time now (really should quit smoking) and it just leaves me a bit short of breath for a few days. I don't think it's as bad as last time because the steroid tablets seem to be kicking in quicker this time.

Will definately be outside tonight. Just made myself some extra snow juice for fluffier flakes incase the real snow doesn't come in time

It will be nice to have a few spectators outside, haven't had a single one now for almost a week.

tori, i hope you can get a sitter and wmr, i hope you are on the mend.

this is the plan for tonight:

railway from 6.30
lifts with cookie (x2 spaces) at 7.40ish from railway
lights with WMR at 8
Pie and Ale house at 8.30 til whenever (so mycult, even if youre a bit late, haul your ass in for some tea )


ive left it as a table for 10 as originally booked which should still accomdate everybody who has said they are coming, or hope to come. im sure if we do need a couple of extra seats we can do a bit of scooching and make space if there are limited tables. however, as tonight is the night that loads of people will be hitting the 24hr shops for their shopping which they havent done today and dont want to do tomorrow....i reckon we'll be fine.

By now you'll all be enjoying your pie & ale. Wish I could have joined you but 10 minutes in the cold has already sent me spluttering again. Hopefully I'll be able to attend a similar event in the future.

I think that you will find that it should be un Rat - unless they did other things to him whilst he was in hospital.

ive finally managed to make it to the pc after spending all morning in the kitchen with my mum....and then the afternoon in bed! lol

i had a super time last, thank you all for coming, to wmr for the great show (especially with extra snow!) and a huge thank you to all the pie and ale house for their fab food, attentive service and most importantly, their sheer patience with us all!

last night definitely was the start of my christmas and i was possibly more excited about it than the big day tomorrow....and i wasnt disappointed at all!
