That's good news. Last night was shocking again.
Seems virtually impossible to report a fault online without going round in circles with "frequently asked questions" attempting to fob you off.
First time I rang last night, after ages pressing this that and the other for ages, I was told by an automated message that my modem hadn't been switched off for a long time, so to switch it off for 2 minutes and ring back if the fault was still there. (despite us switching it off for a few days last week when we went away!)
Did that, rang back and after going all through the process again finally managed to spend an hour talking to a guy with a foreign accent who we all had difficulty understanding.
Bit embarrassing this morning after finally spending 20 minutes in a queue to speak to someone. I'd put it on speaker phone while I carried on with my housework and got a bit carried away singing away loudly to the good music being played. I sounded like a wolf howling when the music suddenly stopped, and a voice started talking from somewhere.....completely forgot it was the music on the phone I was listening to !
(And for some reason now my screen has started jumping on each press of a key as I type on this forum. Any suggestions as to why ???? )
