Pretty straightforward but it would be more interesting to see the reasons behind the mass and rapid disposal of assetsClear as mud again.

Yeah, of courseBlood & sawdust? The roar of the crowd? Two noble fowl engaged in martial contest?
Lxb sell of all their assets, they develop and sell and set up leases to make developments a more attractive proposition and sell for more.
that said LXB are done with retail developments and hope to have sold all their portfolio by sometime in 2017.
How are we left in the lurch? The council has had its money and though it would be nice if the car park opened, lack of parking spaces in town is not an issue at the moment.You forgot the bit about being subsidised by council taxpayers, then leaving them in the lurch and piling up all the profit in Jersey and the Caymans. Allegedly.
