Yeah, heights is a bad one for me as well. I did Go Ape at Cannock Chase stupidly thinking it would cure me...................it didn't and I found myself stuck up on some treeline boardwalk frozen with fear and there's no easy escape to the ground!! Horrible
On your own, in this pool, with a load of water spiders?
We went there on a staff team building thing a few years ago - I was wise and stayed firmly on the ground! There is no way down other than by moving forward and coming down the zip wires, and there is no way on earth I could have gone down those...
There's the link, if you drove an Allegro you'd be late. If you arrived at all.I thought that was a fear of British Leyland
To be early is to be on time.I have a fear of being late....
Today's Caption Challenge on BBC News might not appeal to everybody - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/blogs-magazine-monitor-34995147 .
That is horrible! Imagine turning round and seeing those two staring at you, or them staring in at your window when it's dark!
After reading all of your Phobia, I've realised I'm scared or worried (but not phobic) about LOTS of things.....
Open water - not sure why as I can swim perfectly well.
Things in the sea.
Things touching me in the sea.
The dark.
Heights - same as @Noah , only man made heights. I get the horrible feeling that I will just throw myself of the top of castles etc.....is that just me?
Crowds of people.
Motorways.
Balloons.
Not being near, or knowing where a toilet is....
Jeez, its a wonder I leave the house!
All of those make sense to me, Littleme. I would also say walking over bridges in case they fall through. Oh, I am normal weight, by the way!
For which country
Ahhhggghhhhhh! Slatted piers at the seaside.....All of those make sense to me, Littleme. I would also say walking over bridges in case they fall through. Oh, I am normal weight, by the way!
