Red Thai chicken curry for us.

Potatoes sliced (I leave the skins on) whole red onion quartered, BIG knob of butter, 4 cloves of garlic and half a bottle of balsamic vinegar.

Oven - yum!!

Till now, thank you Deli-fresh delivery.... So much better than any other shop bought paste or sauce.

Not enough sauce + cooked too long = dried out stringy chicken.

After @proactive posted earlier in the week that he’d been to the Wimpy I’d been craving a burger.

We don’t eat red meat too often but I bought two Aberdeen Angus burgers and last night we had those on unhealthy white baps with chips.
Just gorgeous.

Tonight it’s a side of salmon, hollandaise sauce, baby potatoes and broccoli.

Meat, potato & veg pie filling is bubbling away in the slow cooker, I shall make the pie later, & we're having it just with tenderstem broccoli as I'm feeling lazy.

Corned beef hash went in the slow cooker before we walked to Seighford, probably only have it once a year but it smells lovely.

Roast Pork, potatoes and for me carrots and savoy cabbage, smothered in Bisto vegetarian gravy. You can't have the beef gravy with pork.
Did enough to make up a dinner for my younger sister too.

We've just had roast beef with yorkies, veggies, roasties, mash and proper pan gravy. Apple crumble and custard to follow. Now feeling rather stuffed. Think I'll still manage to finish the wine though.

It went beautifully together! Yum!
However half way through I realized I'd addde a tablespoon of Lee and Perins not soy sauce...
Luckily it did taste much different!
