Minime made a birthday cake, it's chocolate & salted caramel, with mini creme eggs & maltesers on top... The pictures don't do it justice...

Chilli, Nachos, and ping rice.... I cooked!
Not sure what's going on but both chilli & nachos tasted like someone had poured 7 bags of sugar on them. I made the chilli (onions, minced beef, tomato puree, mixed beans in chilli sauce, plumb tomatoes, paprika, chilli powder & jalapeños) and no sugar was included, the carer made the Nachos and again nothing sweet was added.

I'm due my diabetes check next week and would have said that it may be way out of control, but the career is NOT diabetic and also thought the chilli was super sweet.

'Crappy curry' as the carer calls it.

It's all very well & good for the carer who is furloughed to cook a curry completely from scratch... But when I get up for work at 5.30am, work 8hrs with only a 1/2hr break and still cook tea... Sometimes jars of curry are required.

Chicken & veg katsu curry with added sultanas, assorted oven Indian sides that were lurking in the freezer & ping rice.

It was surprisingly tasty! (sometimes the carers homemade Curry's taste a little too much of powdered spices).

Timpany Rhubarb fool for pud for me, the heathens are having crepes....
