This was bloody lovely, or as some prefer to spell it on farcebook - loverley!Tomorrows is roast pork, roast spuds, carrots,cabbage, (for me) yorkies, mint and apple sauce, id have those with every meal if poss. And some nice gravy. I spoil that lad.
Nearly exactly what we're having later, only with red cabbage instead of parsnips, and made by the carer & smothered in red wine gravy.Just had roast lamb dinner, cauliflower cheese, dauphinoir & roast taters, carrots, pays, parsnips and mint sauce from Greens at Gnosall. Delicious.
Aldi curry sauces are pretty good too.
