My version of spagbol (with mushrooms, onions , jack daniels sauce and a host of other things bunged in) & garlic bread. Managed all by myself one (left) handed , except for opening the tin of chopped tomatoes and chopping the onion. Getting quite clever at adapting after 8 weeks!

Hopefully only 2 more days of struggling then the kitchen will be back to normal....

Minus the garlic bread off the above....just remembered it a few hours later in the turned off oven! It will now be my evening snack to accompany my Stowford Press..

Been told the spagbol was my best yet , and must do it like that again. (Not one handed though!)

Tonight Matthew, I went full on Fanny Craddock!
Roast Chicken, roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, carrots & cabbage (for me, not great unwashed) gravy. Followed by cake and custard. Even did the washing up immediately afterwards.

Emptying the freezer ...

*Gammon shanks from the freezer, left over from Sainsbury's valentine's meal deal....they're the smallest things I've ever seen, I think they must be using piglets!, glad we didn't have them at valentine's!

Went the eldests for tea tonight. He did us all Fajitas. Very nice it all was too. We were meant to have Mint Vienetta for pudding, but didn't have the room.

Husband even made the burner buns!
