Tonight Matthew, I went to the eldests home for an early Mothers Day meal, I'm working tomorrow night, so hopefully will be asleep during the day.
Roast Chicken dinner. Complete with roast potatoes (NOT Aunty Bessies!) Carrots,cabbage and Yorkshire puds - Tescos finest. Lashings of gravy too. On the side was a good old dollop of Apple sauce along with a hefty spoon or two of Mint sauce.

Went into Aberdeen on Friday night and had the most amazing pizza and pasta at Tony Macaroni!

Saturday was jacket potatoes beans and cheese

Monday homemade katsu curry

Feel like I've eaten like a God last few days!!

Today I added another ready meal to the list of ready meals I do not like.....this is so far all the ready meals I've tried.

Tonight's effort at 4.45pm (due to work commitments) was a HORRIBLE prawn, chicken & chorizo paella...half of that in the bin.... Next effort was cold pizza slice at 10.45pm....yup my fox can have that too....

Any ideas on quick easy meals for one? Not ready meals?
