An up-market purpose built shopping mall with lots of retail outlets… oh, erm well….What is it going to be again?
There's only entertainer, fragrance shop, money exchange and a jewelry place for which I can't remember the name of. Plus the other jewelry and body shop by the doors.
Complete marketing bollocks.Things could be changing

That looks awful, and if that's the best they can come up with that's extremely worrying. It looks like the old magistrates court which we just pulled down.Things could be changing

They're still cashing in on that you know....Coventry Cathedral
During the bombing
The aerial view suggests just several unsightly blocks of flats with a few shops on the ground floors. That looks awful, and if that's the best they can come up with that's extremely worrying. It looks like the old magistrates court which we just pulled down.
The current Guildhall lets in loads of natural light. This new one looks like it lets in hardly any, apart from the front facing windows. Also I'd like to know what the split is going to be in the new Guildhall between residential, and retail.
Our locals would rather see a derelict building than help foreigners. The aerial view suggests just several unsightly blocks of flats with a few shops on the ground floors.
If nobody wants the flats because of the lack of car parking and the unaffordable rents they could probably be used to house more asylum seekers.
I think the markets been on borrowed time for awhile, it's probably why they haven't bothered to renovate it .Nice visualization, so the market is definitely going then, kinda thought that the clowncil would have told us first
High running costs vs low stall usage will be the reason to kill it off, so I suspect they'll want a few years of proven loss to be given the green light to just get rid entirely.Realistically though , the market part probably could do with being pulled down and redone. It's looking very tired and dated as it is, and is probably costing an absolute fortune to keep warm in the winter months too.

Looking at it I only see bits that will be in almost constant darkness, which is a shame. Placing the courtyards to the south rather than north of the long multi storey block would make more sense but I guess they don't own the part right of the entrance so just ran from the entrance they do own. There’s extra courtyard and outdoor space in those plans which is a win for everyone.
Redrum should be right opposite cash converters? Can\t place that building as it's inside the old market or at least where it joined the guildhall. Not where pecadillos is?I wondered if it was Redrum or a bit of that? Sems to be too far east though. There's nothing else that fits looking at Google Earth.
