Even when the place was Apres, there were always issues with the roof.

Sounds like it have never been addressed

A few posts under my belt
Been informed by a member of staff there that butler's bell is to close, possibly within the next few weeks.
hmmmm ill do some digging. Used to work for the Picture House so I still know a few staff members.

**Update**
No plans to close at this time. It would be odd for a pub to close right before "silly season"

He's everybody's mate. The UKs saviour from the Euro baddies. We all love Tim.

Surely?
Yes, we don't mind queuing even longer without his bar staff from the EU, and it's not as if any of would ever consider drinking or eating anything from the EU !

Hardly.... It was nearly 3 years ago... A lot of things have happened in that time
I was answering "Plus it's Plus it's been for sale for ages" by pointing out that it hasn't "been for sale for ages" because it was "taken off the market" nearly three years ago.
I am not aware of anything, let alone "a lot of things", happening between it being taken off the market nearly three years ago and it going back on the market again this week.
