So if I take my SIM card out of my phone and turn my phone off and wrap it in tin foil and wrap my head in tin foil and sit under my kitchen table and turn all the lights and WiFi off but my wife still leaves her phone on will my head still explodeJeasus, is everyone's head going to explode when the government's text test goes off at 3pm on Sunday the 23rd April, St George's day.....??

There are concerns that the alarm may cause problems for people who have autism, PTSD, certain hearing defects etc.

I know they changed the time of the alarm because of the match but they've chosen a stupid time of day to activate it when it could cause panic just as crowds are gathering.
Surely around 11.00 would have been more appropriate.

Is he? I thought he was only suspended for five days in January and subsequently 'lost' the Tory whip.
He is still MP for North West Leicestershire, I believe.
