There is nothing in that clip of Bill that anyone who has been following the vaccine science did not know one or two years ago (ie that the vaccines don't stop you getting it, they protect you from the worst of the illness and that the antibodies die off after several months hence the need for boosters). I'm fairly sure we have told you as much at various points in the time.
He is not saying that the vaccines "were not the solution", he's discussing the ways in which they can be improved in relation to future outbreaks of all varieties.
Do you not think it would be more suspicious if he was out there saying "Oh no, the vaccines are FLAWLESS, there's absolutely no way in which they could be made to perform better".....?
