Saw a fella this morning who came to the aid of an elderly lady travelling to Crewe. Told her the options and which she could go for. Told her it was totally up to her. She needed to be on a later train. He told her to keep comfortable and keep occupied and her would be back to escort her to the train of her choice.

Brilliant.

They are super helpful, on both Twitter & Facebook - great for up to date info, especially with the recent London Midlands strikes.

Just had my van repaired by PRM vehicle repair, mobile repairs, did it outside my house, cam belt, water pump, push rods, cost £235, dam cheap compared to garage.
Definitely recommended, told me what was wrong as he did it and prices of parts, again Definitely recommended!

Definitely recommended, told me what was wrong as he did it and prices of parts, again Definitely recommended!

I was going to do that with the old British Legion Bus, but insurance was a problem as nobody would recognise it as a camper until it was completed.


Thumbs up at the moment to Brian at Coversure on Newport Road for massively reducing my insurance cost this year!

Yes even getting insurance on a mini bus is a problem, my first quote was £650, I managed to get it at £400 with Wrightsure in the end,
but once its changed from minibus to camper van its a lot cheaper.
