For sure I make you right it was just the trash program I was referring to that masquerades as a consumer champion.But as I mentioned above. You may need to park there, walk to get cash out and then back to the shop. Sure, you're occupying a space for longer than if you already had cash, but it's not like you are parking there and shopping in the town.
The sheer greed of landlords in this country.
