It still isn't open yet. I believe the interior is all kitted out now and they are waiting to appoint a baker in order to open.I love jaspers in penkridge. There seems to be one in baswich but is it ever open? It never looks open when I drive past.

What decade that is likely to happen in, is anyone's guess.
That explains the carrot post then!Jaspers is Evil
How is one supposed to resist iced buns and stay under 15 stones?
One has to 'bulk up' for hibernationThat explains the carrot post then!
There used to be a Jasper's in Tithe Barn Road and then it became Lowe's. It was next door to me and the best bread and cakes on tap, especially the custard slices.
I went there earlier this week....
WHY STILL NOT OPEN!!!!?!?!
Ask them directly because no bugger on here knows the answer, seemingly. The Jaspers in Baswich is all kitted out and ready to go, but they said they wouldn't bother to open it as they could not get enough they custom due to there being no parking available since they demolished the pub.
However, the new co-op has been open a couple of months and there is a half-decent car park and they are still not open.....
It must be nearly three years since Chatwins left the shop. I'm pretty sure it could have been cleaned and sorted by now.
My thoughts are that Jaspers do not want to re-open on Bodmin Avenue and just keep making excuses why they 'can't'. It's a shame because it would have lots of trade.
'Could not get enough they custom'?... they could not get enough they custom ....
2022 - Still not Open?I went there earlier this week....
