Most companies use online reporting, your line manager should have done this within 24 hours of you reporting it to them, idealy with you present so the exact details are recorded

Yodel have a parcel for me at their Newton Abbot depot. Their tracking site says it will be delivered on Monday 18th October !!!

(They're going to send it back in time ..... :eek::eek::eek:)

But I didn't receive it yesterday, so they didn't send it back in time ... but the tracking site says they will ......

Bloody time travel paradoxes ... they make your brain hurt !!! :facepalm:🤬😱

Good luck getting it. I ordered £500 in VR kit only for it to be shipped by Yodel… they “lost” it for a while and then sent it back

I’d be less annoyed if it hadn’t been £600 worth with a time-limited £100 off promo, which I now cannot get

It's just been delivered. The van didn't look much like a Tardis to me but when I asked the driver if there was any chance he could send me next weeks lottery numbers his eyes widened and he ran off.

I await the men in white coats to arrive last week. 🤖

And not much like a Tardis is the medium sized car a Hermes driver uses with all her passenger seats piled up to the gunnels with parcels.

The best way to learn how to pack more efficiently is to work in the packaging department of a nitro-glycerine factory. As yet nobody has ever complained that their training was not up to scratch. :P:P:P
