Supermarket or such as B&M, Home Bargains or Wilko's. You just have to look for the cheap stuff and hope they have it in.

Put the pool up and promptly draining it again, as we found numerous small holes in the liner… way too many to manage patching and ever trust it again.

6 years isn’t bad I guess. Now I need to try and replace the liner

Loch Lomond, just up the road from Balmaha and the steepest road my Motorhome has ever been up from an almost standing start. The rust holding my bumper to the van decided enough was enough and has demanded a trip to FMS on my return.

Wishing our doctors would change their 'queue' music. Been listening to very loud church funeral type music for ages , since beig "callerr numbe over 30".
Person programming the music in must have been in a morbid mood at the time.

Worth hanging on to my most hated music ever though....got a brilliant surgery with a 10.40am today appointment for hubby .

I went to the old Browning Street surgery to pick something up for someone. They had muzak running for the benefit of the those waiting for attention. Whilst they were sorting out what I had come for, I noticed what was playing and suggested that somebody might give attention to the playlist - "Why?" - I suggested that "Livin' on a prayer" was not a great theme tune for the business they were in.

Not a glimmer of a smirk...

Having become aware that my stocks of prepared catering supplies were running down, I decided to process some more.

As has become established as standard operating practice, my output was subjected to a continuous quality assessment process by a competent inspection authority.

Just had an email off Amazon, asking if I wanted anything from their Fitness store. They don't know me at all, do they?
That's better than my text off my GP practice yesterday , inviting me to take part in a dementia survey/ study thingy 😂

( it did coincide with me getting off the bus home a few stops earlier , so that I could get a few more steps in. Maybe they are tracking me & thought I'd forgotten where I live..)

Where would be the best place to go nearby for penny arcades (2p machines, etc) that doesn't require going all the way to the seaside...?
