i cant help with the bookings unfortunately lol
i just know a few people that will be working there so i hear a little bit of info from 1 and confirm it with another, then share it here to keep people as updated as possible.
The menu will coincide with the nationwide release of the new Hungry Horse menu in a few days time, i dont see why the need for cloak and dagger tactics but thats the way it is.

apologies for not posting this lately, ive been unwell, i`m led to believe the opening has been scheduled now for the 1st or 2nd april not sure whether this is actually officially a change of plan or the last bit of info i was given was incorrect, but some of the staff are starting work there tomorrow, and whilst building is complete there are lots of jobs like receiving deliveries of stock, crockery, glassware and the logistics of organising all this stuff and getting organised etc
i dont think there will be anything else worth telling prior to opening its obvious everything is done and i must say the place is looking good.
