Hi my name is Becky, I am 31 years of age.
I love music, I love shayne Ward, Matt Cardel who i spied at the Big Burh Day it was good :)
I love cooking, baking, socialising and the cinema.
I moved away from stafford for a while and have now come back to live to be near family and friends. This looks like an intresting forum with lots to see, speak and do.
And by the way i'm in a Wheel Chair! Feel the Love :)))))

Hi Em, pleased to meet you. Have tried to tell people about myself but am not clicking on the right place to leave a message. This is very new to me. My name is Margaret and I just love Stafford. No I am not originally from here. Enough for the first time I think.

Hi, My name is Kenneth and I was a student @ North Staffs Poly from 1979-1982 and lived in Stafford. Really enjoyed my time there and came back in the early 90s for a College Reunion. I'm interested in researching all of the changes that have taken place in the town and trying to find some info about specific queries. I've trawled through the various nostalgia threads with some enjoyment but also sadness as the town seems to be struggling at the moment. I'd like to see if any of the older members can help me with the following questions that have bugged me for a while.

1. Does anybody remember Times Furnishing on Gaolgate Street ? I briefly worked there in 1980. What occupies that site now ?
2. Reagans American Diner ? Where was it sited ?
3. Anemos Greek Taverna ? As above ?

I am sure that there will be plenty more questions that spring to mind. I worked as a barman @ The Gate [as was] on Weston Road from 1979-80 and have many happy memories of my time there. John Westwood was the landlord then.
