well me and my mate have purposely booked it so that we get the whole weekend there so i imagine that distinct possibility! ;)

as for the bookings, bmi baby manchester to prague, 108 quid for 2 (including the rip off £20 checked luggage charge)

the hostel is the rosemary hostel not far from wenceslas square. we've got a 2 bed private ensuite appartment for 3 nights and then the last night we've got to move to a 2 bed private appartment with a shared bathroom (only one other 2 bed room to share with)- which worked out at £96, only a tenner more than staying in the other room (becuase it was already booked for the last night).

and then a travelodge room back in blighty (£26) coz we'll miss the last train back from the airport.

all we need to do now is sort out some travel insurance, spends and the trian to manchester which shouldnt be more than £20 each return.

and ive already stuck a guidebook on my christmas pressie list! :teef:

Awesome news Cookie Monster - you should have tremendous fun. This is no way as good as holidaying but check it...........

just bought some new brakes for m mountain bike. its a giant and for the last year i've been battling with their own brand mph3 disc brakes. the levers stick and even after a thorough clean and a bleed, start sticking again (i use the bike everyday, rain or shine). tis a shame that a brand such as giant have made such a rubbish product to put on their otherwise excellent frames. anyway......

the new brakes are avid juicy 3's. my god they are excellent! got them cheap from chainreactioncycles, who are having a sale on at the moment, deliver the next day for free and are generally good. the juicy threes are now fitted and ever since, ive been precision braking like a mofo.

its the little things.......... :xd:

He's 9 but his class mates are 10. He was moved on a year a couple of years ago because he's a bit of a brainiac. Must get that from me. ;)

I'm single again, my shower blew up and my boiler broke this morning. Yet for some strange reason, I feel quite good!
