What's Greek potatoes?
Potatoes (normal peeled or baby's with tgeur skin on) , cut up into whatever shape you want (wedges, cubes etc) covered with olive oil, lemon, & chopped garlic, roasted in the oven.

Similar to Greek chicken, chicken potatoes, chantnay carrots all tossed together with olive oil, garlic & lemon & roast in the oven, add frozen fine green beans for the last 15 mins. Nice light tea.

I've just realised I've stolen my Greek chicken from Pinch of nom....

Did Mac n cheese for tonight, added 3 chicken breasts for good measure.
First proper home cooked food I've eaten all week really, been finishing at 20.30 every night, he's at work and I'm not starting cooking at that time of night

Chicken chasseur-ish.

I'm being lazy, using one of Maggie chicken chasseur bags with chicken, peppers, mushrooms and onions in. Halfway through I'm going to tip it on a Pyrex & cover with sliced potatoes.

I'll put some Tenderstem in another Pyrex underneath..... No hassle cooking.

Although the carer is having to lift it in & out as my backs still horrible.

That looks absolutely amazing and I’m definitely going to cook that because I adore fish, although I’m wondering if you have put up the wrong link because with haddock and pancetta it’s not a veggie offering.
