What's for dinner/tea?

Tonight Matthew, I shall be mostly eating whatever I can find in the fridge.
Great Unwashed Jesus Looking Thing from the back bedroom is offski somewhere with his Dad. (If he wakes up in time - Jesus, not his Dad)
I have a bread roll left over from last nights burger tea, so probably a lump of Wensleydale cheese and a dollop of Blackcurrant Jam, followed by a decent slice of Pork Pie and Mootard.
I really live the high life me.

Left over curry veg patties (the carer made 6 huge ones last night) with salad tonight. Peach & apricot yoghurt for pud as it was reduced, and picked onion monster munch for afters/laters and or brie & crackers.....as I shopped on a hungry tum.

You could always try making your own? I'm going to have a go at chutney this year.

Do you put spinich in? I had a recipe for chickpea, sweet potato & spinich curry, but I lost it....think I'll make it up again soon as it was lovely
I didn't in this one but have done previously.

You can have the recipe if you like but it was very labour intensive and wasn't that good to be honest!

Nooo it's ok, I can vaguely remember my sweet potato, spinich & chick pea one.

I keep saying ill write down all my favourite recipes in a excercise book ....for everyone for future reference....eldest child a few years ago asked for my sweet & sour cabbage recipe, middle child asked for my Maceroni cheese recipe....I thought they hated those meals....they've waited till they are 30 & 29 years old to ask....turns out there are other things too.....I was surprised as both their partners are vegan /vegetarian.. & I never realised I cooked to much vegan/vegetarian food.

...anyhoo... I'll get round to it one day...everyone's favourite at the moment is .... Greek potatoes, honey soy chicken, sticky chicken thighs, my cheese sauce, profiteroles made in a saucepan......
