Well it should have been bratwurst as hotdogs with wedges....but my head's banging, so the carer has taken over....

He's concocting *Curried bratwurst & wedges instead.

*Apparently it's a thing.....I'm not so sure, but he reckons he buys little trays of them for his lunches at Aldi/Lidl 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫

Bratwurst curry does exist but only ever eat it in Germany.

The Swiss do a version as do the Austrian towns on the german border and they are horrible.

It was really nice, he used some Chinese curry spice powder we have from the COVID days of buying different curry powders. Definatly have it again!

Not dinner or tea, but breakfast. Woke early and fancied a McDonalds sausage, bacon and egg McMuffin. So I went and got us both one + a large full fat coke, no ice for the Great Unwashed Jesus looking thing from the back bedroom.
He got his when he came home from work.
I have no regrets, apart from I just wish i'd got us two each now.

Hands up if a barbie/brai is on for this weekend at any stage. Had ours this evening. Ten year old helped with the cooking … a bit. We are a bit lazy though as we have an electric bbq which can easily be taken apart and put in the dishwasher.

Half a large chicken in Peri Peri marinade, home prepped bulgar wheat with fresh mint, garlic, chopped spring onion, olive oil and lime juice. Shop bought Guacamole. All went down well.

Med veg and roast potatoes...usually have it with chicken, but there was way to much veg so didn't bother with the chicken. Scrummy.
