Wednesday was pasta, arribiatta sauce and meatballs (vege obvs) - finally a decent meal!

Thursday was Dolphin nose potatoes

Friday was macaroni cheese

Tonight a cheese board has been requested...

I am so looking forward to going back to normal and eating lots of vege next week!!

@littleme was this the kind of recipe you were after?

I'd just swap the sweet potato for butternut squash!

Ooooh yes! Sounds really good. I'm not a huge fan of sweet potato as Im diabetic & sweet potato tastes way too sweet for me (unless it's sweet potato fries with hot pepper sauce) but 🤤 think butternut squash would be a great substitute.

The only other walkable alternative was the Barley Mow and that's just dire on all levels.

The Chet is fine for what it is but I'd sooner spend my money elsewhere, given the choice.
I did alright in the Barley Mow a few years ago but from my steak sandwich there this lunchtime I tend to agree with you.
The IPA and Abbot were both fine though.
