What's for dinner/tea?

Tuna Pasta Bake. We were meant have it last night, but I couldn't be bothered. So, being the extra nice Mummy that I am, we're having it tonight - and tomorrow. I really love meals that go over 2 days.

Sausage casserole cooked with onions and mushrooms served with mashed potatoes and carrots .

Was lovely.

Enjoying a drop of red.
Nothing. Well, might have a bit of Stilton and a couple of crackers later but jr and I are stuffed after a massive Sunday lunch at Anfield.

A pile of spicy chicken wings done in the air fryer dumped on a large flatbread with the juices poured over. Tesco chicken wings look huge and they've been marinating since yesterday evening.
Well that went down well.

It's crap food, we know it's crap food but sometimes crap just hits the spot.
I console myself that the mayo was light and hopefully the best part of a bottle of red will combat the cholesterol.

We all love a bit of crap food once in a while, but I think that you can rest easy tonight.

Chicken cooked in an air fryer, with flat bread doesn’t have much cholesterol. It’s red meat and processed food that does the damage.

But you might want to double down on the veg tomorrow night to compensate for the nil consumption tonight 😀

Chicken, Leek and Cider Gratin this evening. It is a Rick Stein recipe and it tastes really nice. Served with some broccoli or Chinese greens make it a great wintery dish.
