Hi ladies and gentlemen wanted some feed back and if you could get the message around. Is everything ok with the food that we serve I have confident in the food that we serve and I'm a fussy guy when it comes to food and I enjoy it not just saying mean it. I ask this because a lot of my regulars have stop coming don't know if it's down to me shutting the Chinese down. So please if I could get some feed back on it, and what other place to ask than the Stafford forum. I'm just going to stick to Indian what I know best. So come on guys give us another ago you won't be disappointed. Dill
gotta say, i'm impressed that this is why you have signed up and you are so honest about the fact that customers are dropping slightly and you want to find out why.. i hope you get the answers you need and get the business back up to full strength
i think dropping the chinese is a good idea - as others have said, it didn't have great reports, but i've heard a
lot of positive things about your indian food
stafford has a lot of indian restaurants & takeaways, so to succeed you need some kind of unique selling point.. obviously, yours was the chinese/indian thing, but if that's no longer viable maybe you could think of another angle.. why not offer to have your delivery driver pick up drinks from the off licence on the way when delivering food? i know i would make use of that a lot, and it would probably mean a bit of a tip for your delivery driver (because when you pay him for the food & drink i doubt you'd have the exact money)! hell, you could even strike up a deal with your nearest offie & include their price list with your menus, or something..
i heard of one domino's pizza place increasing their business by offering to pick up mcdonald's for people when they delivered, which i think is a brilliant idea! so if someone places an order with you, but one person doesn't like curry, you could offer to pick up a big mac meal on the way round and charge them a £1 premium (on top of the mcdonald's meal price) for it or something
