It's in the old Fisher Decorations place - a glance through the window would suggest that it will be a take-away, there doesn't look to be much space to eat-in..

We used to have an Italian-Indian in Ireland, with eat-in and take-away functions, which included a taxi licence to take you home at the same time as your meal..

There is a 'Chindit' in Wolverhampton - but it might be less to do with Chinese/Italian fusion, and more to do with this sort of thing..

I wonder if they enforce a relevant dress-code?

And you moved to Stafford? Never been to the Republic but heard very good reports, I wonder if they still have the shops where you can have a pint whilst your shopping is put up - nice.

There's actually a few Indo Chinese restaurants in Leicester which are quite nice, do Noodles and Paneer for example. There a wiki page below too. Never seen an Indo Chinese takeaway though...
