And do you really sell a Mardas curry?

Probably.

I still hanker after the days when the menus of all Indian restaurants in Stafford explained that a balti was cooked in a dish-like vok. They were either going to the same place to get them printed, or lifting copy directly off a rival's menu and altering the prices.

We had a takeaway from chindia last night, good quality food, delivered at a reasonable price, and blimey they were big portions. I will use them again.

I've heard nothing but good reports about this place so will have to give it a go very soon. A friend of mine lives almost above Chindia and realised tonight that he's eaten nothing else for 6 out of the last 8 days, but made the excuse that he only ate half each night!

Dont really have a need for any other takeaway now, lamb balti, cheese and keema nan last night, superb really. I balked at the name a little when they opened but truly love the food they are producing, and the bhajis are amongst the best I have ever eaten.

I tried Chindia for the first time last night and was very impressed indeed. I had the Modhu Minty Lamb and it was absolutely delicious. There was plenty of tender meat and the sauce was something I'd never tried before. It was very minty and what with the bay potatoes it was almost like having a curried Sunday lunch!

There are loads of lovely sounding house specials on the menu and I'll certainly be trying them out. Yum.
