Lol! No still here I'm afraid!

I have been away for a few day for family reasons,

No news on the job front, the last interview was postponed so should be rearranged soon.

Thanks James, I do check this website regularly and many other catering and chef recruitment sites! I have just this afternoon applied for a job through Caterer.com. Have an interview tomorrow, I will reveal all when I have been offered a position somewhere.

Hello!!

Happy New Year!!

I am being made redundant again! Seems to be becoming a trend for the start of the year when trade is slow.

Unfortunately for me that means back to square one and I am once again looking for a new (and hopefully long lasting) position in another establishment.

I've managed to line up a few interviews but would be so grateful if anyone knows of any opportunities which might be suitable for me.
