Surely the 'Dwarf Wall' is to keep them out ! Now I've nothing against them, but let's face it they have their own ways which some people just canna take to.......

Is this the book of guidance they follow now rather than the secret handshake ? or declaring of 5p for the brown envelope type bag ?

Surprising lack of comment about the extra millions we now have to pay for this pointless road because they didn't realise how difficult it would be to build on a marsh.

Why how much is this costing the local tax payer? thought it was funded by developers and central government.

It was in the paper Newsletter, but read all about it on the Stafford BC website. Pity they had technical difficulty problems again when the item was being discussed.

Stafford Western Access Route
1 Purpose of Report
1.1 To seek approval to contribute funding to the overall implementation of the Stafford Western Access Route.
2 Proposal of Cabinet Member
2.1 That the Council contributes up to £2.5m towards the costs of delivering the Stafford Western Access Road.
2.2 That the Chief Executive in consultation with the Head of Finance and the Head of Law and Administration be authorised to agree the mechanism for the funding contribution.
2.3 That Council approve the Stafford Western Access Route within the Borough Council’s Capital Programme for 2017/18 - 2019/20 to be determined as part of this year’s budget process.
