No white screen viewing after 7.00pm ( TV, phone, tablet, PC etc )
No alcohol
Go for a walk after tea/ dinner
Take a paperback book to bed
Take a pen and paper too so if you awake with a great new invention on your mind you can scribble it down knowing by daybreak you will be a millionaire
Repeat
Cut out white screen viewing, alcohol, coffee? I'd rather have insomnia.

When I was born it was fashionable for male babies to have a certain operation, whatever religion the parents professed to hold.
Another night of trying to sleep for the last three hours - gave up - got up and shopped on e bay very therapeutic. Started Christmas shopping not therapeutic. How many sleeps before Christmas? Thats why i cant sleep because in September October and November Christmas worry sets in and start i plan prezzies in my head in the night.. I always want Christmas to be fun and exciting for the kids and I start to make prezzy's for them to save money and shop for all the bargains. The stress and worry is ridiculous but it sets in every year..
