Send yourself a letter at your old address.Trapnest said:I did a post-office redirect, quadruple checked all the details, was told I'd get a letter to my old property to confirm within 5 days.. I didn't get one, so I'm unsure if I've peed away almost £20 or not...
Yes we also got post today(sunday) and we've had second post on a couple of days this weekRoyal Mail have just delivered my post (on a Sunday 10:20); probably explains why I got none yesterday.
Royal Mail has been trialling delivering parcels to neighbours...

I'm not convinced at all, if it comes to Stafford I shall be opting out.
Errrm.........Reading the bit on that link that says 'Royal Mail is the only major delivery company currently not allowed to deliver to a neighbour as part of standard practice'
The Royal Mail posties and Royal Mail parcel delivery vans (along with lots of other companies)have been leaving me my neighbours parcels most weeks for the last few years as all 3 houses nearby are out at work all day. I've even taken in a parcel for people the other end of the street last xmas from Royal Mail when the delivery bloke saw me in my front garden. Not seen them push a card through their door at all - good job I'm trustworthy!
A number of birthday cards and important letters we were expecting have not turned up over the last few weeks. Has anyone else had this issue? Obviously in Wildwood.
Thanks,
Paul
