Pizza Hut & Drive Thru KFC is a cert...

Went wednesday lunchtime for some hod rod action ( is it just me or are they significantly smaller than on the adverts?)
Service good, food cooked, only dissapointment was the gravy which was like brown water.
Looks like u got to get there early...

Yeah those adverts on the side of bus stops are misleading. I thought the banquet box was 2 feet squared

Actually as much as I love the KFC sanwiches i hardly ever eat them because they just don't fill me. If I'm alone its always 3 piece variety meal or with 2 or more others then its a bucket

i've just found these pictures of KFC staff on facebook, which might explain some of the problems..

my favourite bit is the comment "You Think You Have Issues Maz LMFAO! I Look Ridiculous! (Big Word There)".. yes, "ridiculous" is a big word

Went into KFC today around 1.30pm; wish I didn't bother.

Only two members of staff, one on tills who obviously hadn't been trained (felt sorry for her) and a guy at the back trying to cook (although he didn't seem to have a clue either and kept moving stuff she'd put into the 'keep warm bit').

After waiting 10 minutes in the queue (no one got served) other customers infront of me talking about how the'd been waiting for nearly 30 minutes whilst orders were prepared.

Other customers already sitting started to follow up 'missing' parts of their orders, others asking to see the manager; who funnily enough wasn't in.

I walked out (as did several other customers) without having anything to eat so they've lost my business (along with colleagues orders as I was on the KFC run!).

I'm unlikely to go back for a while after this experience until I hear some positives, other times I've gone in they've been OK and the food was fine, I understand there can sometimes be staffing issues if people are ill etc but the bins were bursting and it was blatant that they shouldn't have even been open given that the lady behind the till had been on her own all day without support so hadn't had a break.

Strange how the only way to complain to KFC is by post, might explain the problems seeing as they aren't aware of modern communication methods such as email.

Never yet tried it, but every time i see an advert on TV for them I wish we had one in Stafford. Hope it wasn't a false rumour
