What my dad charmingly describes as the milk float.Ooer. That’s pretty much all I can say.
Glad I have no reason to drive in the snow. What were you driving?

I wasn’t the only person to do this over the weekend then.Yes, the motorway route was the right answer.
I left Baswich at 6:45 and was at J14 at 7:00. I rarely got above 50mph and got to Manchester airport at 8:20. The only incident I saw was on Queensway where a car had tried to take the ASDA roundabout too quickly and went into the barrier. Another car was parked a little further on and a police car was in attendance. I suspect they may have put too much faith in the gritting as it was a bit patchy.
Krakow is excellent. A few degrees warmer than Stafford.
Dog, <---- she decided as it was well below freezing that every piece of street furniture, every bin and every car wheel, gate post and imaginary piece of fluff was sniffed this morning.
Probably will be. I think it's supposed to be warming up & turning to rain this evening/ overnight & washing the snow away.As stupid as this sounds are the bins being emptied before I wrestle with it tomorrow morning
I couldn’t find anything on the council website to say either way.As stupid as this sounds are the bins being emptied before I wrestle with it tomorrow morning

They’ll have fun if they attempt our street tomorrow; it’s like an ice rink.
Our brown bin was emptied yesterday morning, but the blue one is still waiting to be done.As stupid as this sounds are the bins being emptied before I wrestle with it tomorrow morning
It's -11.8 in my garden.
Glad you got there safe . Enjoy KrakowYes, the motorway route was the right answer.

Any idea what conditions are like in Marston Road and Browning street area? Was going to nip down there to get to the M6 from Astonfields in the morning , but wondering if safer to queue on Beaconside instead. The road conditions, at least of the ones that I used, seemed a lot better today, particularly after Noon.
Driving standards had fallen by about the same degree, though...
Some real tossers about.
I haven't actually been there, but I would expect it to be quite passable. The Rowley Street exit onto the roundabout can be frustrating at busy times.Any idea what conditions are like in Marston Road and Browning street area? If it looks iffy, then Victoria/Albert Terrace/Sandon Road/Rowley Street is optional.
