I have yet to rummage the depths of the understairs cupboard. The team of search and rescue dogs I sent in last week have yet to return and I think there may be a vicious wild cross trainer in there, along with a mated pair of speakertoos.... I'll find some spelunking gear and get on it...

a bit later would be better as ill be off collecting jr rat at about that time- Just rewatched the vid of last years and I have a suggestion, if possible you should put the reindeer up on something as from the other side of the road hes practicly invisible because hes hidden by the garden wall

And yes, I've been trying to think of something to raise the deer's AND the tree really, as neither are used to their advantage. Problem is due to weight / winds etc. they need to be securely fastened down. Will see if I can come up with something though

Just noticed a few minutes ago that someone's already virtually split the banner in 2 with a snowball. Quite sad really especially when it's for charity.

Can't have too much. I'm just aboout to Lidl, and so will check their stock. Simply apply heat to pre-mulled wine....

I'll drop into Lidl myself shortly too then. How warm should it be? I can't remember. Are we talking Coffee hot, or just warm?

In any case, I'll be bringing a flask of it out with me myself too.

(Just had a thought - I forgot to buy the rocket for opening night this year too )
