Woohoo! I've found & bought my dress :) Its this one from Roman, but in Navy blue, not black....

Now, there was a navy satin bolero type jacket next to it - but it didn't suit me & looked a bit too dark ..... so what colour jacket (shoes, bag & fascinator) do you think I should go for ? The dress is slightly sparkley, I have light brown hair & a medium skin tone, but I stear away from red tones as I have Roseacea & blush very very easily & when stressed I look life a ruddy farmers wife......

I am seriously the last word in fashion. I'm sat here wearing a lime green t-shirt with neon pink jama trousers that are covered in penguins. Dead shexy

The dress is lovely, very pretty but as you have chosen navy then go a lighter colour with accessories.


You could perhaps go cream?

So Navy dress, navy shoes, cream jacket, cream bag, navy hat/fascinator or navy jacket, cream shoes and bag.

What colour are the bridesmaids and The Brides mother?

Bridesmaids are wearing teal, I keep asking about brides mother as I wanted her to have first choice over anything......but I believe I've beaten her to it now....& I've craftily sent pics to d-i-l so she can show her mum & hopefully we won't turn up in the same outfit... :)

I'm no better - don't forget I stuff my pajamas on the minute I can - I would live in them if I could!

I love that colour. Goes beautiful with my hair! (The hair on my head not my legs) IF I was to ever get married again (yeah.....) I would wear a dress in either Teal or Jade green. Or, say sod it and go in me jimjams.

I love it too, blues & greens (sometimes purple) are really the only colours that suit me....which doesn't explain why nearly all my clothes are black!

Almost everybody in Stafford wears black - sometimes, a glance at the Market Square would have you thinking they were re-enacting Queen Victoria's funeral.

I dunna wear purple, apart from me fluffy spotty dressing gown. Black features a lot in my wardrobe, white never gets a look in cos i'm a muck magnet.

My lovely dress is now available in other colours!!!! Pale blue, pale pink & coral!

I've convinced Mrlittleme that the pale blue will be better (they are only a quater of. the cost what I was originaly going to spend in a dress ).....but I want the pink one too!

Have them all - do you think he'll notice that they're different?



Simply ensure that all three are never visible from the same place at the same time.

There are other colours available.....black, red, coral, navy, pale blue, pink.......just need them to make it in green & I'm sorted!

Ladies, any recommendations for shoes & clutches ? The place in Trentham that sells fascinatiors used to sell them too, but when I visited yesterday there weren't any :(

Not from me duck. Hats? Wear a beanie, then you don't have bother doing your hair. Shoes? Either your slippers, flip flops or wellies.
Seriously, I've said before. I am the very last word in fashion. I used to buy multi-purpose clothes. Those that could be worn for a wedding, christening, funeral, bar mitzfa (?) and brewery piss up. Now, it's can I wear that at work if needed?
