You pair! Grrrrrr! Where's @Carole when I need her!

!

Hello!

Did someone call me?

Now then my lovely.....I am confused. Are you sticking with the navy dress or going for the pale blue or pink?

And what colour is the hat?

For shoes...if you want something elegant while still remaining fashionable (and as the mother of the groom, you have to be elegant darling) but without spending a fortune then look no further than good old BHS.

I am trying to attach a link but computer says no.

Ah! Pale blue - I was thinking BHS too, my own wedding shoes came from there also :)

What are the responsibilities of the groom's mother and father on the big day?

My son is getting married and I want to know what is expected so I don't make a complete ass of myself!
@Roland is the big day soon? My sons isn't till the end of August* - so if you have yours sooner, I would appreciate any hints or tips.... ;)

*I'm already in full panic mode & have been since about Christmas...

I can't find a jacket type thing anywhere.... *sob Yesterday I scoured the whole of Telford but couldn't find a thing....I really don't want to have to go to Birmingham....

....I did get some giant-tummy-sucking-in-pants though! ;)

@littleme I haven't got a wedding to go to this year and I want an excuse to buy

this jacket from ASos White worth a look look as it would easily go with a smart dress, and look fab with jeans/linen trousers and a Cami top.

That's just what I'm looking for - I tried some similar on yesterday, but I must have oddly long arms as they always sit on the crook of my arm & then push the shoulders up...looks like its Eccleshall in the week!
