What's for dinner/tea?

    Spaghetti and prawns tonight with an Thai twist. Very nice if I do say so.

    Tomorrow it is liver and bacon with mash and onion gravy.

    Tonights burnt offering will be, pork chops, roast spuds and yorkie puds.
    Very simple meal, just bish,bash,bosh in the oven and Bob's yr uncle, Fanny's yr aunt. Done

    Going to make @Trumpet s (pinch of Nom) creamy garlic chicken tonight, but with mash potatoes, roast carrots & savoy cabbage.

    Looking forwards to trying it out.

    Nom mash is a goody and dead easy to make, less hassle than normal mash.

    Picky tea last night which was yum!

    Beetroot hummus is my new favourite thing!

    Lazy fajitas tonight (lazy as it's M&S three bean soup) Doritos and dip at the ready!

    Husband put too much liquid in the dumpling mix (he literally had one job...)

    So we ended up with goulash and mini pancakes instead.

    I won't tell him but I much preferred them!
