Fajitas!

Pancakes for breakfast obvs...

I remember every year that we need to oil the pan a little, just after the first one goes in and it sticks solid!

Very light tea tonight.
Asparagus tips need using up so we’ll have those for a starter.
Then some soup.

Then loads of pancakes obviously......

Pancake batter made, we're doing the church quiz and pancake tossing zoom session at 6.30, so hopefully all I'll be eating is pancakes.

Anyone own an Air-fryer?

Sent the carer out for milk yesterday & he came home with one, but there are no recipes included.

So any hints, tips or recipes would be appreciated.

Takeaway of some sort tonight, as apparently from tomorrow we are eating healthily & are both going to loose weight.... :lorks:

After our ham salad tea , son suggested doing an ' eggy crumpet' complete with WhatsApp photo of one he'd previously bought somewhere..

Used the very last crumpet , and wishing afterwards I'd have saved it to toast normally,!

Turned out nothing like the photo.

Wasn't sure if egg inside was Cooked , so ended up cutting it into small chunks in the frying pan to make sure. Then hubby had to eat it all , as it tasted and looked bloody awful .
He said it tasted ok , but doesn't like waste so will eat anything

Tonights offering is Chicken Korma. Hisnibs will have egg fried rice as normal and I shall have mushroom rice.
We were going to have Katsu curry, but a jar of Korma sauce is cheaper than the Katsu in Sainsburys.

Last night I baked some salmon in foil and had that with rice and a tomato/onion/red pepper sauce concoction.

Tonight we’re having the leftover salmon with salad and jacket potatoes.
