When your argument falls flat, revert to
Conspiracy theorists
Don’t you know how vaccines work
You don’t understand science

As long as you realise, week by week you have to say that to even more people that aren’t bloody sheep!

To be fair, this is only a fraction of the actual people, unless you are so blinkered you still believe "the science" rather than science! Many have lost people and suspected there was something more to it but could not bring themselves to go through battles to find out the truth.
This is what is known as anecdotal, if it can't be quantified or verified it can't be counted in any statistic you want a degree of accuracy in. Once you allow personal bias into data you either get fired or promoted to Conservative HQ.

No.

The argument is that you don't understand the science because, spoiler alert, you clearly don't understand the science. Or how vaccines work. Or maths, for that matter.

Nothing is "fall(ing) flat" here.

If you genuinely think that that few people harmed (notwithstanding the underreported, what, tens, hundreds, millions? that you are unable to actually account for), considering the number of doses delivered, amounts to some sort of scandal just confirms that you are simply wrong.

Best thing that could happen to this court case; if it gets to court, is that the granny killing anti vaxxers lose badly and get costs awarded against them forcing them into bankruptcy.

Its time the stupid stopped playing with people's lives. The vaccines saved multiple of thousands of lives and millions from the worst of a serious illness. Those who argue against it are the enemy of truth and of the people.

so just so we are clear those who have been seriously injured by the vaccine do not deserve any compensation for their pain or suffering as they are just anti-vaxxers? why did the vaccine manufacturers refuse to supply the vaccine until given cast-iron legal immunity from the negative outcomes of the safe and effective vaccines? some have suffered KSI events as a result of the vaccine they deserve to be acknowledged and compensated for their losses

They are entitled to compensation and almost every applicant to the Government scheme has received a payout.

Why would they want immunity? Well given it’s a governmental body that signs off the drug/vaccine as being safe for use then a level of immunity exists. That immunity would only extend as far as lawful practice allows. Given there’s not a single piece of evidence beyond supposition and leaps of faith by bad-faith actors, that vaccine producers acted negligently or unlawfully, I’ve no doubt the court will treat this SINGLE case with the relatively simple ease it will require.

correct me if I'm wrong but vaccine companies have been given an indemnity protecting them from legal action as a result of any problems with their COVID vaccines over and above what is usually legally available to them, Ministers changed the law in 2020 and signed agreements with to give new protections to the vaccine companies, giving them immunity from being sued by patients in the event of any complication. without this protection, I don't believe a vaccine would have been released without long-term follow-up testing and full-use authorisation. this could have delayed the vaccine by a decade or more.

Yes, you are correct and it was wrong to do so. However, this court case: if it ever gets to court which I don't see it ever doing, is being used by wrong thinking people for their own, hugely misguided reasons.

Never said that.

Its the anti vaxxers: or granny killers as they should be called, who deserve our ire.

Mum and dad got their jabs at a walk-in at the start of October. About 4 weeks later they got the text inviting them for an early jab due to them being listed as vulnerable due to their age…. not *that* early though, I guess?

They're doing them on Tesco carpark at the moment I believe.... walk-in welcome.

I should have thought to ask them when I could have mine after having covid again recently...

I had my flu and covid jabs 5 weeks ago and , despite them both being on my records, keep getting bombarded with text & email invites to book them both . I had Pfizer and was perfectly fine after that and the flu jab.

And me, flu and covid inoculations at the beginning of October but still getting letters from the NHS urging me to have them.

The blindness continues. I'd put a hell of a lot of money on all those figureheads that forced the message down our throats did not and do not religiously get all the jabs on offer.
The whole idiotic claim of shouting "anit-vaxxer" at people who did not want this particular medication, due to it's lack of safety clearance, makes you look stupid to anybody with a balanced view.
In fact it's yet another example of how people stopped being kind to each other. The abuse people have got for taking their own path, when it's increasingly been proved that the government guidance was a crock of shite! Never any education on natural immunity or how to boost your own health, all money spent on you "getting it into your arm!" Billions wasted on contracts, filtered into pockets but never re-couped and those in high positions flouting the laws that they made but miraculously all surviving.
But still, you get pathetic comments like granny killer!
