I surpassed myself this evening.
Homemade Steak pie & Mash. Again, using up stuff from the freezer. Youngest said the pastry was some of the best I've ever done. Glad I was sat down when he said that.
He's out with Daddy tomorrow, so have no idea what I shall be having

A naughty takeaway surprise breakfast box from Radford bank. I wasn't going to have any but the carers box had things in that he doesn't like, so we shared.

The carer had sausage, egg, bacon, hash browns, tomatoes & beans .

I had black pudding, bacon, mushrooms & tomatoes.

It was lovely, more than enough for 2 in one box & it was only £2.89 from too good to go.

Tonights tea is going to be a Chicken Korma. If I was a very good Mother, I'd do him a proper roast, but I'm knackered so can't be arsed.
We also were having a roast dinner, but then only me & the carer in, & our only day off. So chippy tea for us from Queens.

Mixed meat & chips, salad (no lettuce), chilli, lemon & mint yoghurt.
