If the Co-op reviews it's pricing and realigns with Aldi then all well and good, but I fear this self-proclaimed ethical company is far too arrogant to do that.Called in the Wildwood Co-op on the way home just to get my Strongbows . Carpark nearly empty and the shop inside was even more quiet than normal. Can see it dying a death!
The Wildwood store, in particular, urgently need to train their staff in what constitutes good customer service. They are employed to serve us. We are not there, spending money in order to fit around when they decide to end their conversations between themselves, or to put up with the terminal grumpiness of some of the older staff.
