I've just tried sleeping and a million ideas started racing around my head - had to get up and put them down on paper - perhaps i might be able to sleep now. Why is it that as soon as you get into bed you think of things that you want to do.

- Pour salt on the weeds
- Boil water in the kettle and pour it over the weeds
- Mix vinegar, salt and washing up liquid mix together ensure it is mixed thoroughly then spray on the cracks in the pavers

Or move to New York?having another long night with insomnia - don't know why - my health is getting better and i'm going to the gym in the day but sleep seems to be eluding me at night - might have something to do with waking up at midday due to insomnia the night before. I need to switch my body clock around from day to night or night to day
