Restaurant was good, innovative? would say no, menu suspiciously similar to Qarma restaurant in Leek, even the design and descriptions.
Have you eaten there?

I understand they have a full bar, just wondering can one take their own booze ? ......
It's good to hear some good feedback coming in for Simply Bilash. Always nice to hear of somewhere new opening in Stafford and doing well! Especially when they take the time to sign-up to Stafford Forum and get stuck in with customers, as they have done here.
A new twist: Sunday Summer Banquets
Simply Bilash has launched a new dining experience inspired by long relaxed Indian meals with family and friends. The ‘Summer Banquet’ starts on Easter Sunday 12noon till 11:30pm,And so on every Sunday, only for the first 4 weeks each diner will receive a complimentary drink. View our menu to explore our specialities before you dine in at : www.Simplybilash.com.
The new Sunday Summer Banquet menu is designed for sharing. this is a try-and-taste rather than a pick-and-choose experience. All the dishes listed in our À la carte menu
Are prepared and bought to the table for guests to enjoy.
I'm not on a train but I'm confused, too. I thought it was a 'try and taste' rather than a 'pick and choose' with all the dishes listed being brought to the table? How does that work with a choose three/five courses?
Had a lovely meal here on Friday for my birthday. There were 13 of us and we were all very happy. The food was delicious (even the Chocolate Caramel Korma Chicken, which we all shared out of intrigue!) and everyone's food came out at the same time.
Would definitely recommend Simply Bilash and will be returning soon.
