According to SBC Tweets:
Results from the PCC election count at Stafford Borough are Ellis (Con) 7,666 and Garner (Lab) 5,763. Rejected papers 537. Turn out 14.27%.
Turn out was 14.27% - that's 13,966 voters
Therefore, spoiled votes are 3.85%

The 3.85% is my own maths, and a rounded up figure from 3.8450% got from 537/13966 * 100

I am pleased to see that, according to the BBC website, we have the lowest turn out so far at 11.6%.
Which begs the question, with only two candidates, what took so long?
